Macy’s Customer Service Letdown

I ordered boots from Macy’s during their seasonal sale. The package came pretty quickly, but instead of my size 9 black ankle boots, I got size 11 hiking shoes — not even the same brand. Tried their chat support and kept getting auto replies. There wasn’t even a real return label in the box. I had to dig around their site just to figure out how to send it back.
