Like if the heating stops working in winter or there’s a plumbing issue, do they actually come quickly or does it take days of waiting and reminders? I’d really appreciate some honest, real-life feedback instead of just general assumptions.

I’ve been renting through them for a bit over a year now, so I can share how it’s been for me. Honestly, it’s not perfect, but it’s also not as bad as some dramatic reviews online make it sound. When I first moved in, I had a kitchen sink leak within the first month, and I submitted a maintenance request in the evening — they replied the next morning and had someone come the same day to check it. Another time, the heating was acting weird during a cold week, and that one took longer, around 2–3 days before it was fully fixed, but they did send someone to inspect it fairly quickly.
I think a lot depends on how urgent the issue is and also how busy their contractors are at the moment. From what I’ve noticed, smaller repairs get handled faster, while bigger ones might need scheduling. I also try to be very clear in the request and attach photos, which seems to help a lot.
