How evening watching habits quietly change our mood

Hey, I’ve been thinking about something and wanted to hear your opinions. Do you feel like your choice of videos in the evening is different from what you watch during the day, or is it basically the same for you all the time? I’ve noticed that once it gets late, I naturally avoid anything too loud or fast-paced, even if I enjoyed it earlier. It feels like my brain just asks for something calmer without me deciding it.

I actually relate to this a lot, and I’ve started paying more attention to it recently. In the evening I almost always switch to slower, more relaxed videos because they help me disconnect from everything that happened during the day. It’s become a kind of routine that signals my mind it’s time to slow down. I didn’t expect it to matter so much, but it really changes how I feel before going to sleep. I’ve noticed that when I stick to

videos, I feel less mentally scattered and more at ease overall.
